It has a protective grille, an anti-slip base and overheat protection. Like any electric heater, keep it on a flat surface, keep the inlet and outlet clear, keep it away from water and anything flammable, plug it straight into a wall outlet, and do not leave it running unattended or while you sleep.

About 8.3 x 6.3 x 8.7 inches and 3.6 lb, with a built-in carry handle. No assembly: unbox it, plug it in, pick a heat mode on the top controls, and angle the outlet where you want the heat.
