These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Corvex website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Using our store
You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract in your place of residence, or have permission from someone who is. Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, infringe others' rights, impersonate anyone or submit fraudulent information. We may restrict access for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or legal reasons, subject to applicable law.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, including specifications, power ratings and dimensions. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Availability can change without notice, but changes do not remove our obligations for an accepted order or your rights when goods are defective or misdescribed.
3. Prices and payment
The price disclosed and accepted at purchase applies to your order. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping is free within the United States. Payment is processed by our payment service providers, and you must be authorized to use the payment method you select.
If a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you about the correction and your options rather than charge a higher amount without your agreement. Promotional prices and discounts apply only while displayed and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Orders and acceptance
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and is not by itself a guarantee of acceptance. We may review orders for payment authorization, availability, suspected fraud or material errors, and may limit quantities per order or household.
If we cannot supply an order or must cancel it for a legitimate reason, we will notify you and refund everything collected for that order.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates, tracking, delays and missing-package handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Using a carrier does not remove our responsibilities to you.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee begins on confirmed delivery and does not require you to return the product. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and request steps. Contact support promptly to request cancellation before dispatch.
7. Safe use of heating products
Our products are electric heaters. Read and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Keep heaters on a flat, stable surface, away from water, curtains, bedding, paper, flammable liquids and other combustible materials; keep the air inlets and outlet clear; plug directly into a properly rated wall outlet rather than an extension cord unless the manufacturer's instructions permit it; never leave a running heater unattended or operate it while sleeping; and keep children and pets at a safe distance. Stop using the product and contact us if it is damaged, makes unusual noise or smells, or does not operate normally. Products are intended for the uses described in their instructions only.
8. Accounts and communications
Keep your account details confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. We send operational messages about orders and support. Marketing choices are separate and described in our Privacy Policy; you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
9. Content, reviews and third-party services
Store content is owned by us or used with permission. You may use it for personal shopping; commercial reuse requires permission unless the law provides otherwise. If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful and respect others' rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our store, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.
Third-party tools and websites linked from our store, including carriers and tracking providers, have their own terms and privacy practices which we do not control.
10. Warranties and liability
Statutory warranties and consumer rights apply to every purchase and are not excluded by these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law prohibits us from excluding, and nothing limits your statutory product, delivery or refund rights.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Contact us first about any issue; informal resolution does not waive any legal remedy. These Terms do not require arbitration.
12. Changes and other terms
We may update these Terms and will provide notice where legally required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights from completed purchases. If a provision is unenforceable it will be limited to the extent necessary and the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The more specific policy governs its own subject matter.
